I received an MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a specialization in Art Therapy at Lesley University in Cambridge, Massachusetts. Before entering the mental health field, I received a dual BA in Electronic Media and Photography at the University of Florida.

Helping people to live balanced and meaningful lives is my passion. As a psychotherapist and coach, I help people by providing mind/body guidance through therapy, coaching, mindfulness, and subscriptions. I utilize mindfulness, DBT, and emotional wellness practices.

I work with adult individuals and couples who are struggling to overcome anger, rage, substance abuse, depression, anxiety (and cheating, and other relationship issues). I find that the key to overcoming many relationship problems is learning to communicate better!
